Account responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Indian payment methods including PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM UPI, the payment instrument must be registered in your own name. Notify 91 Lottery immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. 91 Lottery will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.
Intellectual property

Limited licence
91 Lottery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 91 Lottery, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. In all cases, 91 Lottery's total aggregate liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited on the Site in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-party payment processing
91 Lottery partners with third-party processors to facilitate deposits and withdrawals via PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM UPI. Delays, failures, or errors caused by these providers or your issuing bank are beyond 91 Lottery's control. 91 Lottery shall not be liable for any transaction failure, erroneous charge, or processing delay attributable to a third-party payment service or a disruption in India's UPI infrastructure.
